Highlights of this release:

- When applying setup mapping changes, you are now asked if you want to apply to all setups.
- Thumbnails for background images were not visible on MacOS.
- Widening the trigger labels.
- Allowing notepicker window to be dragged around.
- Remembering notepicker window location between sessions.
- Automatically collapsing either the list or piano roll for the popup depending on melodic mode being on.
- Allowing user to expand/collapse notepicker sections.
- Notepicker is now semi-transparent.
